RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- If you are not happy with your purchase you may exchange or return your item with in 7 days upon receiving your product.
- Clients requesting a refund or exchange must contact us via e-mail : email@example.com
- The merchandise must be returned along with a copy of the invoice after receive our confirmation. Products returned without a confirmation from us will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
- The client is responsible for the shipping costs in the case of a return.
- All merchandise must be in its original packaging and resalable in order to be exchanged or refunded.
- Exchanges or refunds may be requested within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Exchanges will be processed according to their stock availability. You will be notified by email or telephone in the case of a back-order.
- Unless you selected express shipping at the time of your purchase, orders should be received within 3 to 7 business days. Note that post office boxes are not permitted for delivery.
- International shipping can take from 2 to 4 weeks.
- We are not responsable for any cost of taxes and customs at the reception of the order.
- We are not responsable for damages during shipping.
